Claude Code Implementation · GTM Engineering · Series A–C B2B SaaS

Claude Code, engineered into your GTM.

Mazorda engineers Claude Code into the go-to-market of Series A–C B2B SaaS companies — turning the work your best people do by hand into a governed system your team owns. We build it inside your stack, train your people to run it, and stay only as long as we’re useful. Senior-led. Human-approved. No black box.

How it works

From manual go-to-market to a governed system: build, equip, co‑run.

01 · BUILD

Your process becomes an asset.

Your best go-to-market motion — the one living in your top operator’s head — written down, versioned, and wired to your live data. That’s a Claude Code skill. It doesn’t leave when people do.

02 · EQUIP

Your team becomes the operator.

Your team runs it — not us, not a vendor. Operators, marketers, RevOps; technical or not. We train your people until the system is theirs.

03 · CO-RUN

It compounds. You own it.

Every new signal runs through the system, and a person approves anything that touches a prospect or your CRM. We stay on retainer only as long as we’re useful — you can run it without us.

What Claude Code is — and what it has to do with revenue

Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool. Most companies meet it in engineering. We use it somewhere else: as the workflow layer for go-to-market. Your highest-value GTM processes become reusable, version-controlled skills, connected to your live data through MCP (the Model Context Protocol), and run as agent workflows with review gates.

The pattern is simple: a signal comes in, a skill turns it into a governed action, and a workflow carries it through — with a person approving anything that reaches a prospect or your CRM.

The ledger

The work your team repeats, encoded

Every company has a handful of motions its best people do by hand, over and over. Those are the ones worth encoding first.

Prospect & account research

CRM hygiene & data entry
a governed clean-up agent
Call & deal prep
a prep skill that reads your CRM context

Human-in-the-loop

Governed by design — a person in the path

The first question most CEOs ask isn’t whether AI can do the work — it’s what happens when it’s wrong. So nothing here is fully autonomous. Agents research, draft, and prepare; people decide. Approval gates are wired into the system, secrets are handled like secrets, and the line between what’s automated and what stays human is explicit — and you set it.

Operators, not observers

Who’s behind it: operators since 2014

Mazorda has engineered go-to-market systems for B2B SaaS since 2014 — pipeline before anyone called it GTM engineering. We run Claude Code, Clay, and agent workflows in our own pipeline, every day, and we implement only what we operate. Senior-led means exactly that: the people on your call are the people who do the work.

This is for Series A–C B2B SaaS teams with a working go-to-market motion worth encoding. It is not for pre-product-market-fit teams, one-off prompt packs, or fully autonomous setups with no human review. If that’s you, we’re not your firm — and we’ll say so on the first call.

The full engagement — how a build is scoped, the steps, and what a retainer covers — lives on our Claude Code Implementation service page.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a Claude Code build

What exactly do you build?
Reusable, version-controlled Claude Code skills for your highest-value GTM processes; MCP integrations to your CRM, product data, and enrichment (Clay and the rest of your stack); managed agent workflows for research, scoring, and call/deal prep with human review gates; plus the governance and team enablement to run it. Scope is fixed up front.
Is any of it fully autonomous?
No. Human-in-the-loop is built in. Agents research, draft, and prepare; a person approves anything before it reaches a prospect or your CRM.
How do you handle our data and security?
We work inside your existing stack, with disciplined secrets handling from day one and a clear line between what’s automated and what stays human. You decide what data agents can access, and you hold the keys.
Does it work with our CRM and existing tools?
Yes. The system connects to your CRM, product data, and enrichment through MCP (the Model Context Protocol). We build around the stack you already run — Clay, your CRM — rather than re-platforming you.
Do we own what you build, or are we locked in?
You own it. Everything is version-controlled and handed over — you can run it without us. The retainer is optional, for evolving the system as your GTM grows, not a dependency.
How is this different from generic AI consulting?
Go-to-market is all we engineer — not general AI consulting, not internal tooling. The work is senior-led, and we run Claude Code, Clay, and agent workflows in our own GTM. We implement what we operate.
