Claude Code implementation · growth-stage B2B SaaS

Claude Code, engineered into your GTM.

Mazorda builds Claude Code into the go-to-market of growth-stage B2B SaaS — turning the work your best people do by hand into a governed system your team owns and runs. Senior-led. Human-approved. No black box.

$1.3B+ in exits supported · working with clients since 2010
How it works

From manual go-to-market to a governed system: build, equip, co‑run.

BUILD

Your process becomes an asset.

Your best go-to-market motion — the one living in your top operator’s head — written down, versioned, and wired to your live data. That’s a Claude Code skill. It doesn’t leave when people do.

EQUIP

Your team becomes the operator.

Your team runs it — not us, not a vendor. Operators, marketers, RevOps; technical or not. We train your people until the system is theirs.

CO-RUN

It compounds. You own it.

Every new signal runs through the system, and a person approves anything that touches a prospect or your CRM. We stay on retainer only as long as we’re useful — you can run it without us.

What Claude Code is — and what it has to do with revenue

Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool. We use it as the workflow layer for go-to-market.

Operators, not observers

Who’s behind it: operators since 2010

$1.3B+ in exits supported — and we run what we sell in our own pipeline, every day.

Mazorda has worked with B2B SaaS clients since 2010 — pipeline before anyone called it GTM engineering. The operators on your call are senior GTM engineers who do the work themselves, not a junior bench. Yaniv Mazor was VP Growth at Peakon, acquired by Workday for $700M. We’re in the top 0.01% of Clay Signals users (Clay, 2025), and we implement only what we operate.

Across multiple projects we’ve shipped skills, plugins, mini-SaaS, bespoke BI, and agent workflows — for every GTM function. We’ve been founders (Yaniv co-founded Stipso in Edinburgh in 2010 — raised, built, pivoted, and failed) and we’ve worked in-house, so we problem-solve like operators who’ve sat in your seat — and we genuinely care how it turns out.

This is for growth-stage B2B SaaS teams with a working go-to-market motion worth encoding. It is not for pre-product-market-fit teams, one-off prompt packs, or fully autonomous setups with no human review. If that’s you, we’re not your firm — and we’ll say so on the first call.

Anthropic reviewed Mazorda’s application and moved us forward in the Claude Partner Network. Our team is completing their official certification path now — and we’ll call ourselves a “Claude Partner” the day Anthropic confirms it, not a day before.

Governed by design — a person in the path

Nothing here is fully autonomous. A person approves anything that reaches a prospect or your CRM.

The first question most CEOs ask isn’t whether AI can do the work — it’s what happens when it’s wrong. So approval gates are wired into the system, secrets are handled like secrets, and the line between what’s automated and what stays human is explicit. You set it.

Get a free Claude Code readiness audit

Tell us where your go-to-market still runs by hand. A senior operator reviews your inputs and books a short working call to walk through what Claude Code could take off your team’s plate — and the one or two processes worth encoding first. A working conversation, not a pitch.

We use this only to prep your audit. No spam, no list.

How we compare

How a senior-led GTM specialist compares

The two most common alternatives, compared on what matters. Categorical, not a scorecard.

  • Senior operators — not a freelancer marketplace or a rotating bench.
  • Built in your stack, on your data — we don’t re-platform you.
  • You own it after handover — version-controlled, no lock-in.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before a Claude Code build

What exactly do you build?
Reusable, version-controlled Claude Code skills for your highest-value GTM processes; MCP integrations to your CRM, product data, and enrichment (Clay and the rest of your stack); managed agent workflows for research, scoring, and call/deal prep with human review gates; plus the governance and team enablement to run it. Scope is fixed up front.
Is any of it fully autonomous?
No. Human-in-the-loop is built in. Agents research, draft, and prepare; a person approves anything before it reaches a prospect or your CRM.
How do you handle our data and security?
We work inside your existing stack, with disciplined secrets handling from day one and a clear line between what’s automated and what stays human. You decide what data agents can access, and you hold the keys.
Does it work with our CRM and existing tools?
Yes. The system connects to your CRM, product data, and enrichment through MCP (the Model Context Protocol). We build around the stack you already run — Clay, your CRM — rather than re-platforming you.
Do we own what you build, or are we locked in?
You own it. Everything is version-controlled and handed over — you can run it without us. The retainer is optional, for evolving the system as your GTM grows, not a dependency.
How is this different from generic AI consulting?
Go-to-market is all we engineer — not general AI consulting, not internal tooling. The work is senior-led, and we run Claude Code, Clay, and agent workflows in our own GTM. We implement what we operate.
What’s the free readiness audit?
Tell us where your go-to-market still runs by hand and a senior operator reviews your inputs, then books a short working call to walk through what Claude Code could take off your team’s plate — and the one or two processes worth encoding first. It’s a working conversation, not a pitch, with no obligation.
