How engineered is your GTM?

GTM Readiness Score

~3 minutes · 14 questions · your score is your own answers — no benchmarks, no tricks

0/14 answered
01ICP & data foundationIs targeting data or folklore?

Could your team write down, today, the 20 accounts most likely to buy this quarter — and agree on the list?

If you pulled 20 random CRM records, how many would be complete and current?

02Signal → actionDo buying signals get caught and acted on?

A high-intent buyer researched you yesterday. Would anyone on your team know today?

When a signal fires, does something happen without a human having to spot it first?

03Process encodingIs your best operator's work an asset or a memory?

If your best GTM person left tomorrow, how much of their playbook leaves with them?

Is your prospect-research process documented precisely enough that a new hire — or an agent — could run it?

04AI & automation leverageIndividual ChatGPT use is not an engineered system.

Where does AI actually sit in your GTM today?

How much of prospect research and qualification is still done by hand, per lead?

05RevOps & attributionCan you measure what works?

Can you trace last quarter's revenue back to the campaigns and signals that started it?

When the board asks 'what's working in GTM?' — is the answer data or narrative?

06Governance & ownershipHuman in the path; you own the system.

Does anything AI-generated reach a prospect or your CRM without a person approving it?

If your agency or contractor disappeared tomorrow, would your GTM systems keep running — and do you own them?

07Demand enginesAre paid and outbound engineered, or bursts of effort?

Do your ad platforms know which leads became revenue — or are they optimising for form fills?

When pipeline dips, can you tell whether it's a traffic problem, a conversion problem, or a sales problem?

How it works

01

Answer 14 questions

Two questions per pillar, across 7 pillars of your go-to-market. Questions about your own operation — nothing to look up, nothing to prepare.

02

See your score instantly

A score, a grade, and your weakest pillar appear as soon as you finish — arithmetic on your own answers. No benchmark, no percentile: we hold no data on other companies to compare you to.

03

Get the full diagnosis

Your work email gets you a short written diagnosis of your pattern of answers, grounded only in what you told us, with the pillars we would encode first and the Mazorda playbooks that address them.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no benchmark to compare my score against?
We don't hold data on other companies' GTM systems, so we don't invent a percentile to make the score feel more scientific than it is. Your score reflects your own answers measured against the instrument's own scale — nothing more.
Is the score written by AI?
No — the score is arithmetic. Each answer carries a fixed number of points; we add them up and map the total to a grade. The written diagnosis you get afterwards is drafted with AI, but it is grounded strictly in your own answers and our own playbooks — it never introduces outside claims.
What does giving my email get me?
A short written diagnosis of your pattern of answers — where your go-to-market looks engineered versus where it still depends on people remembering things — plus the two or three pillars we would encode first, each pointing to a real Mazorda playbook as the concrete next step.
What happens to my answers and my email address?
We use them to write your diagnosis and, where it's relevant, to follow up. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a general marketing list without saying so.
How long does this take?
About ~3 minutes — 14 questions, two per pillar. No account, no attachments, no credit card.
Who is this for?
B2B SaaS CEOs and founders — typically Series A to C — who want an honest read on how much of their go-to-market depends on people remembering things, versus systems that keep running without them.
